Please review all product descriptions, processing times, and policies carefully before completing your purchase.
Processing & Shipping:
Most handmade, custom, spiritual, and intention-based products are created, prepared, dressed, or selected specifically for each customer. Please allow approximately 7–21 business days for processing, unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Connection 2 Ascension is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery delays outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address, returned package, or reshipment may be the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Final-Sale Items:
Due to the personal, handmade, energetic, spiritual, hygienic, and/or custom nature of many of our products, all custom-made, personalized, prepared-to-order, ritual, spiritual, and intention-based products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, personal preference, or no longer wanting the item.
This includes, but is not limited to, custom spiritual boxes, dressed candles, oils, baths, washes, sprays, soaps and body products, custom jewelry, talismans, amulets, ritual supplies prepared specifically for the purchaser, and other personalized or energetic items.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with an item missing, please contact Connection 2 Ascension promptly after delivery and provide your order information along with clear photographs when applicable. Each situation will be reviewed individually, and an appropriate resolution may include replacement, repair, reshipment, store credit, or refund when required or deemed appropriate.
Normal variations in handmade products, crystals, stones, herbs, copper work, colors, shapes, textures, or intuitive designs are not considered defects. Because many pieces are handmade or intuitively created, no two items are guaranteed to be identical.
Order Cancellations:
Once preparation, customization, sourcing, or spiritual work associated with an order has begun, the order generally cannot be canceled or refunded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable once an order has shipped.
