Cancellation Policy

Please carefully review the following policies before booking a reading, consultation, mentorship session, spiritual service, spell or ritual work, event, retreat, or other service. Payment & Booking: Payment is required to secure your appointment or service unless a specific payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance. Your booking is not considered confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received. Readings, Consultations & Scheduled Appointments: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session so that other scheduled appointments are not affected. The full booking fee still applies. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice may be considered a no-show and may be required to book and pay again for a new appointment. Spell Work, Rituals & Spiritual Services: Payments for spell work, ritual work, custom spiritual services, candle work, altar work, and other personalized energetic services are generally non-refundable once preparation or work has begun. Spiritual work may involve supplies, preparation, research, petitions, candles, herbs, oils, altar space, time, and other resources that are committed specifically to the client. Results Disclaimer: Connection 2 Ascension does not guarantee any specific result, outcome, timeframe, financial gain, reconciliation, legal outcome, pregnancy, healing result, employment outcome, or other particular result from spiritual services, readings, rituals, spell work, products, or guidance. Spiritual services are intended to support personal intentions and spiritual practices. Results and experiences vary by individual and circumstance. Readings and spiritual guidance are not substitutes for professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice or services. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions. Retreats, Events & Deposits: Unless otherwise specifically stated in writing, retreat and event deposits are non-refundable because they reserve limited space and may be used toward accommodations, vendors, supplies, activities, food, transportation arrangements, or other advance expenses. Remaining balances must be paid according to the deadline provided for the specific retreat or event. Failure to make required payments may result in forfeiture.
