SOUND HEALING BATH

Service Description

This is a very unique and therapeutic yoga session where we combine vibrational sound therapy with breath, gentle posture movement and mantra to restore balance and harmony back in the mind, body and spirit. This is our only session that requires a little effort on your part, but that’s half the fun! Sound therapy and yoga both promote healing at a cellular level. The combination of the two help individuals to integrate the many physical and emotional benefits of the session and allow for faster transformation. As we stretch and move through the postures, we essentially open our energy, our emotions and our body. It’s when we are open that we can release and heal. We use the powerful force of crystal singing bowls to stir the senses and help individuals to move beyond the physical practice so they can tune into the deepest whispers of the soul. The bowls work to project sound into any disharmonious part of our being and correct and restore us back into healthy harmonic patterns. Every atom, molecule, cell, gland, and organ of the human body absorbs the sound and gets realigned. During this session, the entire body and mind will enter into a more relaxed and peaceful state of being!
