There are many ways to get ourselves back into alignment as well. I am here to assist you to show you various ways to harness flow or energy and balance to promote over-all well being. Teachings through life experience (best teacher) and through spiritual guidance. Learning through astrology, herbal medicine, metaphysical magic ancient practices, energy work and breath work.
